Job Description
- Coordinate with procurement unit on local purchases of stationery, equipment, supplies and other company business related purchases.
- Review and approve the selection and purchase of all office related supplies stationary and be responsible for security of company assets and for arranging.
- Ensure high level public relations with employees & suppliers.
- Supervise the security control personnel and to supervise, control and be responsible for the activities and movements of unskilled staff either employees or outsourced.
- Supervise the performance of suppliers services such as physical security, cleaning, etc…
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 2:5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of Arabic & English
- Principles and techniques of asset security
- Effective planning, goal setting and team leading/management
- Techniques of local purchasing.
