Job Description

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Communication with the developer
  • Responsible for executing Weekly and monthly reports regarding the team’s performance, all CRM transactions including the sales rate and the number of transactions and leads for every sales agent.
  • Manage CRM regarding entering the leads whether manual or as sheets (Managing and entering all the transactions).
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handling the agent’s attendance as well as filling the right forms when on showing or an outer orientation.
  • Screen CV’s properly for suitable positions and manage the pre-interview process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum, 1 year of Proven experience as Sales Admin (in the brokerage field).
  • Aware of the CRM application
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent command of English & communication skills
  • Females Only
  • Work Conditions:
  • 1 days off (Fri )
  • Working hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Location: Nasr City
