Job Description

  • Handle all the Recruitment Process internally and externally once receiving the Job vacancy request from the hiring manager including but not limited to (job postings and CVs collection, Screen CV's, conducting phone and face to face interviews, shortlisting candidates to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment, and issuing offers to the accepted candidates).
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
  • Propose and Enhance the Assessment Tools used for Recruitment to ensure selection of optimum candidates.
  • Execute the company's Training plan, and assist in the training needs analysis through collecting and consolidating performance gaps using the end of year appraisal forms.
  • Manage the company's performance management cycle by communicating with department heads to ensure full cycle completion.
  • Conduct an orientation program for newly hired employees.
  • Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
  • Update and complete all the Job descriptions for the whole company after discussing them with each department head
  • Conduct Exit Interviews with resigned employees to discuss and analyze resignation reasons, and escalate special resignation cases when necessary.
  • Handling and enhancing the Performance Management function.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • HR Certificate is mandatory.
