Job Description

  • Sales Manager is responsible for identifying leads, engaging in business development with strategic or local business partners. Closing deals with the ultimate purpose of increasing sales volume and meeting the sales target.
  • Proven experience as a software sales executive or relevant role.
  • Provide inputs for the sales team department.
  • Ensure that the division policies are developed and periodically reviewed, procedures for various functions are documented and the implementation of these policies and procedures are monitored.
  • Participate in selling plan Set up for the sales dept. in different sectors.
  • Set up the company’s long-term plan and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements assess customers’ met and unmet needs. recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to CEO.
  • Manages objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues.
  • Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, communication or related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as a software sales executive or relevant role.
  • Experience in handling team responsible in generating leads, cold calls, and meeting target.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Excellent Negotiation skill.
  • Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
  • Multi-Task Person.
  • Years of experience: Not less than 5 years.
  • good command in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Skills in delivering attractive presentations.
