Job Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Political Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Management, Business Management, Social Sciences or other relevant field or study.
- Minimum 2 years or more in a relevant field of work, with a background and interest in international humanitarian development
- Excellent interpersonal skills; communication & presentation.
- Knowledge of lean six sigma principles (preferable)
- Knowledge of common business principals and processes and the ability to quickly adapt specific processes and systems
- Strong follow up skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop small teams
- Understanding of Operational Information Management & Performance Reporting concepts and principals with a broad knowledge of best practices, techniques, and processes
- Strong analytical skills with strong ability to analyze and interpret information and draw out the key messages
- Strong oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels, with high ability to clearly address insights to stakeholders
- Advanced command of excel and analytical tools
