Project Manager

• The Project Manager will effectively manage the assigned projects, ensuring all consultancy days are delivered to a high standard. , the role will also include ensuring projects are delivered in a cost effective and timely manner.
• The key objective is to maintain and increase utilization of the delivery process, whilst communicating and supporting our customers and consultants at all stages of the project.
• This will ensure tasks are completed as required and any issues arising are dealt with in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• ODOO expert.
• Diary organization and planning.
• Manage day to day operational aspects of projects.
• Identify resource and assign responsibilities.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
• Work closely with consultants and customers to plan project timeline, to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Attend customer sites where appropriate.
• Provide internal support for consultants and liaise with other departments where necessary.
• Handle issue/dispute resolution.
• Ensure clear and timely billing of projects and support credit control function and cash collection process.
