Job Description
- Direct the sales teams within the area towards potential sales opportunities, and provide direct support when needed.
- Serving All Zone Managers Requirements Fulfillment with his Area
- Manage Zone Managers within His defined regional Territory
- Consolidate all the sales reports from the Zone Manger and present it to his direct manager.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
- Review and analyze the sales performance to determine the sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent sales , negotiation and communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Owns a Car is a Must
