Job Description

  • Declaration of all employees of administrative decisions after their adoption.
  • Development of fleet lines for transport vehicles and the organization and distribution of Orders.
  • Follow up delivery of goods to customers and collect cash and delivery accounts.
  • Ensure that facilities comply with government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to management and make written recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/ operations and facilities management best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • Relevant Experience (e.g. FMCG) will be an advantage
