Job Description
- Daily sales activities following up
- Publicizes parts services good reputation
- Monitor the loss of sales record & give Feedback regularly to supervisor
- Monitors implementation of counter sales activities to satisfy our customers and keep a good image
- Monitors parts competitor’s activities and customer’s suggestion and report to Asst. Parts Manager- Sales
- Improves parts sales through proper utilization of facilities
- Ensures that customer satisfaction index (CSI) meets the target laid by the company
- Ensure returns made in accordance with policy
- Ensure customers are satisfied with service provided
Job Requirements
- Education: B sc. In business administration or equivalent.
- Certificates: Certificate in Sales.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in automotive parts.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
