Job Description
- Si-Vision is looking for senior DFT engineers, the candidates will be part of the DFT team
- Candidate will do DFT implementations (SCAN, Memory BIST, and JTAG) and work with the design team to propose design modification to reach maximum test coverage and increase observability and controllability.
Job Requirements
- Experience of DFT different implementations (SCAN, Memory BIST, and JTAG)
- Excellent knowledge of different fault models
- Knowledge of DFT flow tools specially Synopsys tools like TetraMAX, DFTMAX, VCS, PrimeTime or any equivalent tools.
- Excellent Scripting knowledge (Perl/Python/TCl/Shell Script)
- Strong debugging skills using digital simulators.
Qualifications
- BSc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in DFT
- Excellent communications skills
- Self-driven and Motivated
- Oral and written fluency in English
