Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications ( hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, other devices )
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues, as well as responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware and users faults
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts,
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Checking computer equipment for electrical safety, as well as security systems
  • Maintaining records of software licences, as well as all maintenance documents & forms
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Information System.
  • Experience from 1 to 2 years.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Good Analysis Skills.
  • Details Oriented.
  • Comp TIA, A+, N+.
  • CCNA.
