Solid Stream Lead

Your Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

• Leading Solid stream workforce to achieve business objectives IPT aligned with GSK values and expectation.
• Fulfillment of SOLID STREAM Manufacturing Plans.
• Assuring compliance with GSK standards and GMP regulations.
• Monitoring of all work activities in the area.
• Creating complete documentation of all steps within the area.
• Performing Job Function Training of SOLID STREAM Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize & Supervise SOLID STREAM Operations.
• Create improvement to facilitate work produced, communicate with foremen, group leaders, workers to eliminate any problems that may be encountered.
• Check all documents and update the old ones according to guide formulas received from Mother Company and according to current GMP procedures.
• Cost reduction, yield increase, overtime decrease, pooling of workers between areas.
• Follow up the area demands concerning equipment, manpower and utilities.
• Initiate monthly departmental KPIs for the area.
• Lead SOLID STREAM Occupational Hygiene related improvement programs through proactive, effective management cycles.
• Develop continues improvements cycles delivering business strategy.
• Technical knowledge sharing, coaching and developing.
• Developing all Non Lactam production processes in process Statics.
• Steering Risk Management Process through effective identification and management cycles.
