Job Description
- Formulate, recommend and secure the implementation of company marketing policy with respect to products, markets, promotions and advertising (i.e.marketing mix) and direct the positioning, differentiation & developing brand image activities of Ahmed El Sallab to achieve marketing objectives in conformity with budgetary constraints
- Conduct Direct Marketing Promotion Activities for Ahmed El Sallab's products or solutions, including the marketing of existing products
- Analyze the market to shape demand, consumer behaviors and patterns to determine the needs for new products to respond to consumer demand, or developing markets for new products.
- Identify and analyze Market's competitiveness relevant to either the organization and competitors and surveying progress in market share and growth.
- Plan and execute Advertising Strategy for Ahmed El Sallab as well as negotiate with Service Providers to provide maximum benefits with lower costs.
- Responsible for Overall Communication Plan that will increase Ahmed El Sallab's Brand Awareness and Penetration.
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
- Responsible for all Design Layouts either on the Showrooms or Merchandise to maintain the necessary positive Corporate Identity and Brand Image>
- Monitor and analyze Sales Promotion results to determine the cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a Marketing Department Structure which is staffed with qualified caliber which is capable of achieving departmental and individual objectives in alliance with Ahmed El Sallab's vision and Strategic Directives>
- Responsible for directing and controlling product managers who will have full awareness of products knowledge.
- Develop Ahmed El Sallab's Digital Marketing Strategy as well as build up of e-commerce System.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Marketing Diploma is a must.
- Preferable a Masters Degree Holder in a related area.
- Have last experience in Retail Companies or Advertising Agencies at least 5 years in the same position.
- Excellent English Language.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
