Job Description

  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conference rooms.
  • Planning appointments, events and daily calendars.
  • Manage and arrange for manager travels.
  • Greet and receive visitors.
  • Handle all manager’s office supplies, assets, and equipment.
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Filing and securing the confidential and sensitive documents and ensure they remain secure.
  • Create regular reports and update the internal database.
  • Receive and handle telephone calls and messages.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Writing and handling all manager documents and files
  • Facilitate internal and external communication
  • Participate in OD projects and tasks by providing ideas for improvement opportunities.
  • Reviewing the newspapers and the public media to gather any data related to the group and escalate it.
  • Follow up the tasks which were assigned to the subordinates of the manager.
  • Attending meetings and keep minutes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At Least 3 years of Experience in Secretary or in administrative rule.
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem Solving
  • MS Word and Excel advanced
  • Time Management
