Job Description
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conference rooms.
- Planning appointments, events and daily calendars.
- Manage and arrange for manager travels.
- Greet and receive visitors.
- Handle all manager’s office supplies, assets, and equipment.
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Filing and securing the confidential and sensitive documents and ensure they remain secure.
- Create regular reports and update the internal database.
- Receive and handle telephone calls and messages.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Writing and handling all manager documents and files
- Facilitate internal and external communication
- Participate in OD projects and tasks by providing ideas for improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing the newspapers and the public media to gather any data related to the group and escalate it.
- Follow up the tasks which were assigned to the subordinates of the manager.
- Attending meetings and keep minutes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At Least 3 years of Experience in Secretary or in administrative rule.
- Fluent in English
- Problem Solving
- MS Word and Excel advanced
- Time Management
