Job Description
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Manage & Lead a team of trainers to design and deliver training solutions
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Job Requirements
- High level trainer and consultant with experience preferably on the vendor’s side
- Extensive experience in design and delivery
- Professional certifications in training aspects such as assessment, coaching, ROI, gamification, or similar fields
- Aware of latest tends and best practices in the L&D international arena
- Masters holders are preferred
- Fully understand the power of experiential learning
- Ability to manage a team of trainers for design and delivery of consulting and learning solutions
- Willing to travel 50-70% of the time especially to KSA.
- Fluent command of english l;language is a must
- Must be presentable with professional manners
