Job Description
- Invite, assess, and award/recommend subcontractor tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
- Preparing high-quality tender documentation and contracts.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Controlling the purchasing budget.
- Resolving disputes and claims with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving subcontractor performance
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Engineering.
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
