Job Description
- Acts as the owner of Incident management & Request fulfillment activities in Vodafone Money Transfer support team.
- Handle all daily incidents and Service request raised by Customers within agreed SLAs and performing all Daily Health checks for ensuring High Service availability.
- Handling the support from End to End for both issues and requests
- Maintain all back-end servers in order to provide reliable service according to the SLA
- Ensure End to End Service Monitoring is in place for all services
- Apply any new requirements or changes in the production platform via the change control process
- Supporting all M-Pesa in Markets through INC/PBI/CRQ
- Engaged in Weekly Service review Meetings for each Market
- Perform Sanity checks for any new deployments in Production Environment.
Job Requirements
- Linux/Unix administration knowledge.
- Oracle database concepts knowledge.
- Good knowledge with SQL server database.
- VMware good knowledge
- Windows Servers Deployment, support & troubleshooting
- Good knowledge on Networking theory and Network design
- Microsoft Messaging Technology background
- ITIL Foundation and service management Solid background
