Job Description
- Implementation consultation, project management, and support services during SAP Business One installations, upgrades, and customizations
- Gather and analyze clients' business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document.
- Recognizing and addressing gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client
- Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention to versioning and transition from development and test to production phases
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project manager as required
- The majority of this role will be based on-site and will, therefore, require significant travel.
- Supporting the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details
- Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports Proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server query, views, and stored procedures.
- Designing and conducting master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have hands-on experience in implementing SAP Business One within a variety of companies and industries.
- Applicants must be able to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients and must be a team player.
- In-depth knowledge of Retail operations
- Strong experience in Financials sub-modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special Purpose Ledger.
- Ability to work effectively on tight deadlines, as necessary
- Analytical Thinking and problem solving
- Excellent command of English language
- Creativity and strong attention to details
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Strong proofreading skills
- Positive, productive team player
- Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in an ERP implementation role, preferably with SAP Business One. (
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment
