Job Description
We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and conducting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Arrange payroll, medical and social insurances procedures.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Prepare job offers and send it to candidates.
- Maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Develop and maintain employee retention programs.
- Handle and resolve employees’ issues.
- Handle the appraisal system, its updates, analysis, and outcome.
- Prepare a personal development plan for each employee in conjunction with his manager.
- Handle all in-house training materials and follow up on its development and preparation.
- Review and update the company’s policies and procedures.
- Attend Job Fairs.
- Analyze staffing logistics and organize documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or relevant field.
- 0 to 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving.
