Job Description

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and conducting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Arrange payroll, medical and social insurances procedures.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Prepare job offers and send it to candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain employee retention programs.
  • Handle and resolve employees’ issues.
  • Handle the appraisal system, its updates, analysis, and outcome.
  • Prepare a personal development plan for each employee in conjunction with his manager.
  • Handle all in-house training materials and follow up on its development and preparation.
  • Review and update the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Attend Job Fairs.
  • Analyze staffing logistics and organize documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or relevant field.
  • 0 to 3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving.
