Job Description

  • Identifying and evaluating the technology solutions to improve the business performance and strategy.
  • Finding the root that causes the application malfunction.
  • Escalating the issue to the senior engineers, who will formulate a plan to address the issue and dictates the said plan.
  • Fore-sighting and identifying the Potential Issues to anticipate and address them before they becoming issues.
  • Working with the Cross-Functional teams by supporting them on a daily basis to contribute with their employer’s overall IT needs and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Possessing a wealth of technical knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills to help the users of the said application.
  • Working knowledge of the SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
  • Working knowledge of the IT Hardware and Software.
  • Able to learn and master the employer-specific software.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to diagnoses & address the application issues.
  • Working knowledge of application servers especially the Oracle WebLogic.
  • Using one’s complex problem-solving skills to brainstorm software solutions.
  • Crafting a pitch to present ideas to the company’s decision makers.
  • Good organizational skills and keen attention to details.
