Job Description
- Implementation - and analysis of results - Employee surveys, such as Employee Satisfaction Survey, for jobs such as Job Diagnostic Survey.
- The development of organizational structures and charts to reflect the company's strategy and ensure the improvement of the actual reality and career aspirations.
- Job Analysis according to the organizational structure to develop the job description with realistic content and the latest tools, methods and scientific methodologies.
- Job Specs Designing to ensure the efficiency of achieving the objectives of the job and the effectiveness of the implementation of tasks.
- Participate with the recruitment department in the Man-Power Planning work according to the nature of the job and the objectives planned according to the job analysis and the work-load analysis.
- Job Evaluation provides clear assessment principles to ensure that Reward Management is managed in a manner that ensures both internal and external fairness and the ongoing analysis and surveys required for comparison to the external market.
- Integrated Competency Mapping and Framework to ensure that the objectives of operations and performance are linked to clear professional standards.
- Preparation of diagnostic and development studies to ensure the continuous development of the company or to solve the problems arising from the operations (Operational Issues).
- Develop structured internal regulations to ensure the application of a unified internal culture towards individual appearance, values and behaviors.
- The work of development studies and activities aimed at increasing employee engagement and loyalty, raising the morale of employees and ensuring the healthy institutional environment.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of Succession Planning programs by managing the process of modification and career promotion through competency standards and within the Career Path.
- Participate in the planning and development of enrichment activities and job extension and responsibilities (Job Enrichment and Enlargement).
- Participate in the preparation of the Department Manuals to ensure consistency of policies and procedures with Operational Key Targets.
Job Requirements
- Scientific qualification and specialization: High qualification - diploma in human resources management
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Knowledge and skills:
- Computer proficiency to enable the use of Word - Excel - Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in English to be able to read, understand and write easily.
- Training courses in Organizational Development and Institutional Effectiveness (Organizational Effectiveness and Development).
- Training courses in Talent Management Context.
- Training Courses in Human Resources Planning (Human Resources Management Planning)
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
