Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures
- Supports HR activities and programs
- Handle paperwork associated with the termination or resignation process
- Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees
- Databases updates
- Deal with Social Insurance & Labor Office process and monthly liability
- Leaves records & monthly attendance calculations.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Agencies is a must
- BS degree is a must
- Maximum Age: 26
- Good Communications Skills
- Very Good in English (write and reading)
