Main Duties:
- Handling British or Irish Customers over the phone
- The main Purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standard
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone companies worldwide.
- Role involves calling existing/new customers to offer them a wide range of Vodafone Price plans and handsets.
Working & Conditions:
- Rotaional shifts with flexible hours
- 9 working hours including 1 hour break
- 2 days off rotational
- Work Location : Horizon (6th of October) or Maadi
Benefits:
- Net Salary : 3800 Net EGP for both +1175 kpis Average Commission
