Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Handling British or Irish Customers over the phone
  • The main Purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standard
  • Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone companies worldwide.
  • Role involves calling existing/new customers to offer them a wide range of Vodafone Price plans and handsets.

Working & Conditions:

  • Rotaional shifts with flexible hours
  • 9 working hours including 1 hour break
  • 2 days off rotational
  • Work Location : Horizon (6th of October) or Maadi

  • Net Salary : 3800 Net EGP for both +1175 kpis Average Commission
