Ensure the compliance with department`s objectives, policies and procedures, quality, infection control and safety measures in supervised unites
Ensure fulfillment of all national and international standards
Develop department`s protocols, guidelines, policies and procedures.
Keep track of all KPIs and activate quality improvement projects
Improve supplies utilization and control unit expenses of the ER.
Develop and implement updated clinical training and continues development program for the supervised staff (50 training hour per year)
Responsible for managerial duties of AAH ER .
Deals with all clients complain in a proper time in close collaboration with CRM.
Select high standard staff and maintain harmonious working relationship.
Prepare and update employees roster in close collaboration with top management
Development of regular assessment of all staff
Recommend AAH top management to recruit and maintain competent specialist and consultants.
Deliver efficient reports about department activities as needed and determined by top management in a proper time
Participate in all related committees
Ensure medico-legal and ethical aspects.
Compliance with agreed working hours in the contract.
Communicate with other departments
Prepare for monthly meeting for the department staff

المؤهل : شهادة الماجيستير او ما يعادلها - يفضل شهادة فى مجال ادارة الاعمال
الخبرات :علي الاقل خبرة 3 سنوات بعد الماجيستير
التدريب علي برامج BLS - ACLS
المهارات : اتخاذ القرارات، القيادة، مؤهل للتعامل مع عائلات المرضى المصابين بأمراض .حرجة خاصة
