Job Description
- Performs day-to-day Human resources management activities.
- Handles the recruitment and selection process including the development of job descriptions, job advertisements, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates.
- Identifies sourcing channels and develops candidates’ pool.
- Maintains an updated recruitment database.
- Conducts employee orientation and on-boarding process and facilitates new hires joining formalities.
- Maintains and regularly updates the master database of each employee.
- Records tracks and monitors employees’ daily attendance according to policies to ensure accurate payroll administration.
- Calculates employees’ vacations and permissions to ensure compliance to laws and internal regulations.
- Analyzes training needs with departmental managers to develop an annual training plan.
- Ensures successful completion of monthly performance evaluation according to performance management system.
- Administers compensation and benefit plans.
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Maintains HR records, such as those related to compensation and benefits to identify the company position in the labor market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related experience preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Any postgraduate certificate in HR is a plus.
- Familiarity with any HRIS.
