Job Description
- Communicates project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time.
- Monitor the detailed design phase of the projects, ensuring strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management
- Responsible for monitoring the units pricing operation and the sales to confirm the profitability of the project.
- Assist in managing projects under construction to ensure adherence to development policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the projected expenditure is under constant review and any anticipated deviations are highlighted and controlled
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Project Management Certificate is a plus
