Job Description
- Contact potential customers to inform them about the offered products or services as well engage in dialogue to open opportunities.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, negotiate sales, and address any concerns of potential customers.
- Achieve sales target by introducing the organization's products by conducting calls in a polite and energetic attitude.
- Explain the product characters, advantages, and convince prospects with the campaign products/services based on the patient/customer needs.
- Follow the Quality rules, Script guidelines, and Asking question protocols.
- Stay informed about changes in product knowledge (the medical health care space and current product or service), related products or services, and changes in client requirements
- Maintain the highest level of quality standard.
- Verify the prospect status by communicating with the back office team with detailed accurate information collected over the phone to make sure that the prospect meets the qualifications criteria.
- Document all closed sales details accordingly using the provided documentation tools.
- Keeps records of calls and sales and note useful information to document orders accurately as well Keeps track of scheduled callbacks and potential customers.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Achieve sales standards set for department as well go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Meet the company’s target objective as per the strategy, as well ensure that the weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives target, as assigned by the supervisor are met.
- Participate in daily team Meetings, attend training sessions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Graduates, Gap Year
- No experience required.
- Fluency in English language written and spoken.
- Medical Knowledge is a plus.
