Encouraging warehouse workers to participate in continuous improvement and provide ideas and innovation.
Conducting periodic evaluation of the performance of employees in warehouse departments to pay periodic incentives.
Measuring employees’ performance rates, analyzing the causes of deviations from the required performance rates, and developing and following up the necessary plans for correction.
Following up on the inspection and receipt supplied to the factory.
Close cooperation with other departments in solving problems, developing performance, continuous improvement and developing future plans. Fully responsible for analyzing deviations in scrap, finding the root causes for them, setting corrective measures that prevent their recurrence, and putting in place preventive measures for not occurring in similar places.
Familiarity with all aspects of warehouse management from AMS programs and courses.
Supervising warehouse workers and train them on AMS as well as teaching them to exchange, receive and inventory.

Diploma in any relevant major.
Proficiency in Computer work, especially Oracle and Office programs.
Skills: Leadership, problem solving, customer service analysis, customer service skills and satisfaction.
