- Handle recruitment process from filtering, screening till hiring.
- Responsible for collecting, filtering resumes.
- Responsible for updating manpower, headcount regarding resignations and recruiting.
- Conducting monthly Salaries & Attendance.
- Design job analysis and job description for all positions.
- Handles HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance, evaluations.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
- Holding a Diploma in HR or a Certificate will be an add.
- Very Good English Language.
