Job Description

  • Actively involved in hiring , training , guiding & coaching the Sales Team
  • Prepare and implement the Yearly Sales Plan / Budget with accordance with the Board of Directors
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Key Clients ( Existing & New )
  • Create standard’s Sales cycle based on the Company policy / procedures by enforcing Company standard’s
  • Identifies business opportunities and increase customer base through opening various Channels
  • Attend Clients visits on a regular basis in coordination with his Sales Team
  • Provide Clients / Customers support , information & guidance when needed
  • Submit accurate Sales forecast and prepare with Team weekly reports by summarizing market / competitors information
  • Ability quoting promptly to customers with the understand of the local market business nature

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Freight forward /Shipping/logistics Or Services industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation’s and leadership capabilities
  • Fluent in English another foreign language will be an advantage
  • Multitasking skills with Time Management
  • Achiever oriented and Go to market attitude
