- Carry out a monthly audit on GMP, Food safety, 5S
- Carry out daily recipe audit
- Training staff on GMP, food safety, 5S
- Follow up QA technician on their daily tasks
- HACCP verification report
- Good hygiene practice report
- Metal detector reports
- Damaged wooden pallets report
- Sorting table sanitation report
- Sanitation plan
- Check any work order for maintenance in production halls
QA Engineer for pest control
- Prepare pest control plan for all factory
- Follow up pest control activates and fill in all pest control records
- Update insecticide list
- Monthly follow up for facilities as conducting monthly facility audit
- Daily report for all Pest activates
- Maintain all documentation of pest control
- Maintain all MSDS of insecticide
Job Requirements
- Have bachelor of science or agriculture
- Have 3 years experience in FMCG
- From Giza or October only
- Males only
