Job Description
- Observe all company rules and regulations instructions are given during the pre-flight briefing and to carry out all orders issued by the captain.
- Check all catering are in order.
- Check all emergency equipment onboard aircraft.
- Ensure that all passengers are aware of all flight safety measures including use of seat belts & emergency facilities during every flight.
- Apply first aid when needed.
- Ensure that all passengers fasten their seat belts when the seat belt sign or no smoking sign is on .
- Inform the chef de cabin about the number of passengers, and take the flight information from her.
- Serve refreshment and catering to passengers.
- Treat all passengers with courtesy on arrival, during the flight and upon departure.
- Alert the captain of any accident or incident, which may occur on board aircraft.
- Supervise over aircraft preparation before passengers arrival (cleanliness, newspaper ,etc )
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Cabin crew experience is a plus.
- Handle working under pressure.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people effectively at all levels.
