Job Description
- Manage Telesales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team
- Ensuring the team meets sales targets as set by the business
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Resolve any problems arising form telesales agents and give our customers higher outcome that reflect company’s ethics and values
- Reporting on team performance and associated KPIs
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- (Bachelor's) degree

- Experience using a call dallier and CRM system
- Excellent knowledge of documents management
- Communication Proficiency.

- Leadership, Organizational Skills & technical Capacity.
- High Problem Solving/Analysis.
