We're looking for a HR Manager for Fustany.com and its sister companies to help us create an interesting, fun and creative work environment for high achievers.

• Maintaining work structure and updating job requirements and descriptions of all positions.
• Being responsible for new hires and head-hunting interesting candidates to join the company.
• Keeping in tact a unique culture for the team and at the office.
• Creating orientation programs and workshops for new team members.
• Creating an employee benefit program.
• Working on regular evaluations for team.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Research best practices for creating a fun and creative work environment.
• Communicating concerns and feedback of team members to managers.
• Maintaining historical records for employees, performance, achievements…etc.
• Managing payrolls for team members.
• Quarterly and yearly appraisals.
