Job Description
- Train users in the proper use of financial software applications.
- Serve as the single point of ownership for customer’s software related issues.
- Respond to users' inquiries regarding our software operation to resolve problems.
- Interact with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document daily activities and client issues.
- Maintain composure in stressful, unexpected circumstances with the ability to be a calming or settling influence.
- Collaborate with co-workers and management in a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information System, Business Administration or equivalent degree.
- Demonstrated an understanding of internet technologies including knowledge of web browsers, internet security settings, and common problems associated with both.
- Experience working with an Accounting or ERP/Financial software application is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced accounting knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to learn quickly and research issues for which you may not have an immediate answer.
- Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, service-oriented.
- Proven success in a team environment and collaborating across teams.
