Job Description

  • Evaluation of quotations and issuing comparative statements.
  • Negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Purchase the highest quality locally or internationally supplies at the lowest possible price and in correct amount Scheduling of required deliveries.
  • Preparation of inquiry package, sourcing, placing inquires.
  • Preparation of purchase orders.
  • Organizing logistics and following up until satisfactory delivery.
  • Providing require support and documents for tenders.
  • Issue and maintain procurement library of standard templates.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Excellent computer skills ERP user is a plus.
  • Paper manufacturing background is a plus.
