Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Assist clients to confirm change or cancel bookings .
  • Handling reschedule and canceled bookings with the airlines .
  • Quick and accurate review on the airline penalties .
  • Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills .
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
  • Tourism experience and using (Amadeus or Sabre) is a must .
