Job Description
- Human Resources Supervisor needed for a Food & Beverage company.
Here are some of the tasks:
- Responsible for creating policies & procedures, writing job descriptions
- Supervise recruitment and selection process for staffing
- Supervise issuing memos, HR letters and Admin Letter for HR Department
- Supervise HR team in handling operational tasks (Attendance, annual leaves, missions and permission, employees file hard and soft copies, issuing IDs & business cards
- Supervise issuing Forms 1, 2 & 6 and handle tasks related to social insurance office
- Responsible for medical care contract and employees motivation program
- Supervise employment Contract renewal process and resignations process
- Responsible for implementing disciplinary actions according to Egyptian law
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, preference in F&B as well.
