Job Description

We are looking for reliable team member to manage Road9 Media financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Monitor all online financial transactions including online advertising on Facebook & Google, regular renewals such as domains & hosting fees, & more.
  • Maintain a counties collecting process for all the company’s uncollected finances.
  • Maintain a counties payment process for all the company’s due finances.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and document financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Manage taxes records including all taxes types.
  • Solo communicate with governmental institutions (For example, but not limited to Taxes Mission, Public insurance, etc) regarding all company’s situation & issues.
  • Solo communicate with company’s Public Accountant & Auditor.
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Manage employees payrolls.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  • Support year-end close process.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Manage contracts with team members & keep HR records.
  • Manage contracts with customers.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Very good communication & reporting skills.
  • Experience with corporate online purchasing & payments management.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with creating financial & official statements.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent archiving & filing skills.
  • Good background in tax management.
  • Background of companies & business setup regulations.
  • Good business English.
