Job Description
- Fully controlling on the ticket (Issue, Reissue, Change, and Refund airline tickets.)
- Confirming and modifying flight reservations.
- Compiling and generating passenger manifests.
- Revising the Qs of TEZ TOUR Company.
- Preparing and locating records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Supervising and leading the ticketing team.
- Ensuring that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Submitting periodic reports to the Outgoing Manager about the progress of work.
Job Requirements
- Amadeus excellent experience is a must.
- Years of experience: 4+ Years.
- Systems required: Advanced Amadeus course.
- Languages: Very Good English.
- Knowledge: Travel destinations awareness, familiar with all online systems.
- Skills: Excellent communications and Negotiation, problem solving, selling skills, Interpersonal and time management Skills. Very good electronic background and use of MS Office.
