Job Description
Job Role: In this varied role you will have the responsibility of acting as first point of contact for visitors to the company. You will also support the Management, Directors and Managers in a variety of administrative, clerical and general office tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients, business partners and suppliers
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers and accepting and dealing with deliveries
- Purchase and/or collection of any sundry item as required by Directors or senior management
- Keeping reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Organizing all company travel arrangements including flights, hotels and travel itineraries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to Directors and senior management
- Raising purchase orders for company procurement
- Dealing with incoming bills and reconciling against purchase orders
- Scheduling appointments
- Co-coordinating meetings and organizing catering
- Managing office-boys and messenger schedule and shifts
Job Requirements
- 2-7 Years of experience in an office environment in a similar role
- Syrian or Lebanese Female is a must
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications , excel, word and outlook
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
