Job Description
- Administer all sorts of income to the branches such as: (Books payments, diploma installments, ….etc)
- Administer all of the branch expenses (maintenance, equipment's, salaries, refunds,…etc)
- Issuing and numbering receipts upon every payment for analysis and coaching purposes.
- Responsible for books storage, starting from handing books over to admin supervisor, collecting the income then compare it with the storage in order to acknowledge revenues, defects, and returns.
- Apply deductions before issuing pay slips.
- Keeping all company’s legal documents safe is a main responsibility.
