Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Senior Specialist who would help us expand the business and create growth opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated go-getter, with great communication skills, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and unravel opportunities in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and maximize sales targets and grow customer base.
- Lead the process for generating new business; identifying new customers, negotiating contracts and locking profitable deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain monthly sales reports of all sales channels.
- Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet monthly and annual sales target.
- Perform insightful market and competitive research.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Regularly visit sales channels to monitor stocks, sales trends, and POS materials.
- Maintain complete documentation and financial records for all product-related activities.
- Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide support for in-store marketing, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in business administration preferred.
- 3-4 years experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Able to analyze data to devise growth opportunities.
- Experience closing enterprise-level deals.
- Communication and negotiation wizard.
- Self-motivated and knows how to get out create opportunities.
