Job Description
- Notify the FRA of any court order issued to the company or any of its directors or employees within three days from the date of knowledge.
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Sending periodic reports for FRA (Compliance - Anti-money laundering).
- Follow-up customers' debts and to prepare a daily report.
- Follow up any correspondence between the company and others like FRA.
Job Requirements
- Compliance and A.M.L officer license obtained from “Financial Regulatory Authority, FRA”
- Excellent MS Knowledge.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
