Job Description

  • Selling our products
  • Answering the calls from the customers and solve their issues.
  • Working hours: 9 working hrs per day and 1 day off

Salary:

  • 1.5- 2%sales commission to be Applied after 3 months.
  • Social insurance included after 3 months

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word.
  • Excellent knowledge of English ( Read and Write and spoke).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • We need to hire a female call center Agent to work full time have min. Of 2 years experience in call center Agent or customer support Rep. (Preferred in the automotive industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, attention to details, good listening, Data Entry Skills, Customer Service
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Gender: female only
  • Age: 23-30 years old
