Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receiving phone calls, fax, emails.
- Arrange appointments and meetings.
- Assist any office visitors or guests with their inquiries.
- Organize office events and functions, including conference proceedings.
- Complete office booking plane tickets.
- Assuring the efficiency of the fingerprint.
- Provide assistance when new employees are being onboarded, completing the required documents, ensuring the completion of the medical insurance documents, and the social insurance documents.
- Complete administrative office invoicing as instructed by an administrative manager.
- Create an efficient filing system (hard copies and soft copies).
- Updating all employee ‘s data (soft and hard copies).
- Follow up with employee’s documents.
- Follow up with the general manager and administrative manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Females Only.
- Must be very Presentable.
- 2+ years of experience (Previous experience in a similar role, such as administrative assistant or front of office manager).
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, PCs, fax machines, and scanners
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Should be energetic, friendly, and polite.
