Job Description:

  • Training management; coordinates all training programs with trainers and trainees; schedules, location, date, time, material, and attendance.
  • Training measurement; Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the database.
  • Training materials; manage course material production, distribution, and update.
  • Training Logistics: Meeting with vendors for the logistical tasks.
  • Trainer administration pre-and post-course trainer management including booking in and managing delivery dates, trainers travel and special requirements.
  • Delegate management; Registration process, pre-and-post course communication, preparing delegate lists, certificates.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-3 year experience in this field
  • Good command of English Language
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Self-motivation and time management skills
  • Communication Skills
