- Training management; coordinates all training programs with trainers and trainees; schedules, location, date, time, material, and attendance.
- Training measurement; Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the database.
- Training materials; manage course material production, distribution, and update.
- Training Logistics: Meeting with vendors for the logistical tasks.
- Trainer administration pre-and post-course trainer management including booking in and managing delivery dates, trainers travel and special requirements.
- Delegate management; Registration process, pre-and-post course communication, preparing delegate lists, certificates.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-3 year experience in this field
- Good command of English Language
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
